Work Ethic

I can summarize my work ethic in a few words really... "Just get it done". I work in IT so I'm used to being expected to make magic happen by pulling a rabbit out of a hat on a daily basis. I believe I am a hard worker, I'm dedicated to delivering a quality product, and I work well with others.

I'm valuable because I am a great problem solver and relentless with it comes to customer satisfaction. I'm always trying to improve my technical prowess by reading blogs, studying new research, being involved in forums, and knowledge sharing with my fellow employees.

New title at work...

As you may or may not be aware, my company has been through a bit of transition in the last few years. First Brightpoint bought Touchstone Wireless and then 18 short months later Ingram Micro bought Brightpoint. The changes have been good and bad but I was surprised when I was named Principal Database Administrator. I'm still figuring out what this means but it sounds so much better than Data Analyst so I'll take it.
